Shirea L. Carroll is the former Executive Assistant to the Editor-In-Chief of VIBE Magazine, which closed it’s doors in 2009.  She is a published journalist and has reported on everything from music to celebrity to lifestyle.  Working as online VIBE TV host she has interviewed some of today biggest names in music and film.  Her blog “Invite Only” started in 2007 at Vibe.com, in which she gave the masses an insider look beyond the velvet rope.  Telling what really transpired at industry events, while sharing lessons of her experiences. She currently resides in NJ, and freelance writes and consults.
